BRAD COFFMAN, CBI, CM&AP, CFC, BTS, serves as the President and Managing Director of Valorem Business Brokers, leveraging over 15 years of extensive experience in business inception and expansion to adeptly represent clients in the realm of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory. From the outset of his entrepreneurial journey, Brad demonstrated remarkable acumen, establishing his inaugural startup at the youthful age of 20. The enterprise swiftly burgeoned into a multimillion-dollar entity, boasting a workforce of over 30 individuals within its initial 3 years of operation.
Mr. Coffman’s entrepreneurial portfolio spans a diverse array of sectors, including commercial real estate, liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, restaurants, and facility services, among others. His tenure as founder and CEO of multiple ventures underscores his proficiency in navigating the intricacies of varied industries, providing invaluable insight and expertise to clients seeking guidance in the sale and acquisition of businesses.
Throughout his career, Brad has been the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, a testament to his exemplary contributions to the business landscape in Florida and Georgia. Currently residing in Palm Beach, Florida, Brad shares his life with his wife and three children.
